   I definitely agree with the CCleaner post, that’s a great program, and a lot safer than messing around with your computer manually.

   Go to Start
   Accessories
   System Tools
   Do a disk Cleanup
   and a disk Defrag
   Should make system faster

   free tool gets rid of a ton of unneeded files. granted it will also delete your stored usernames/passwords for websites

   if u want to clear the temp folder go Start>Run>(type in) temp and deleate the stuff

   Hello!

   Ok here is how you delete the temp files
   1) click start
   2) click programs
   3) click Accessories
   4) click System Tools
   5) click Disk Cleanup

   Follow the on screen instructions. You will get to a window that lists a bunch of options, make sure there is a check mark in the box labeled Delete Temporary Internet Files.
