any suggestion. And if its possible if it has some sort of windows program to make a software cd backup or whatever its called?

Clean Registry and Optimize PC
Good reliable diagnostic software requires many hours to write and is expensive because of the man hours required to write it. This is why I do not recommend something free that diagnoses both software and hardware. Lets face it you get what you pay for and if you want to take a chance with something that you spend hours on making and saving important files to, would you not say it is worth putting a little money into? Also good CD back up programs are not cheep in themselves.
My favorite diagnostic program is Fixit and it is about 30 dollars at Target. However, I am upset with them right now because they have product activated their newest Fixit 6&7 and it can shut down without giving you a chance to resolve what is going on. If you do get it insure you put it in only one computer. Anyway that is what I would do. Good Luck.
