I TRY TO CLOSE OUT OF A WINDOWS PROGRAM. INSTEAD OF DISAPPEARING I GET AN ANNOYING BOX. ABOUT BLANK. PAGE EMPTY BUT THE TITLE IS ABOUT BLANK.

I need a free diagnostics software for my computer to tell me whats wrong weither its hardware or software?
