Starting a business is hard, and a computer one is even harder. But it can all be done with experience. Working at Geek Squad or Fire Dog or any of those computer repair related places can get you going right away with alot of experience, Geek Squad does use their own software to fix computers, they invented it and made everything on it its called Geek Squad MRI which if Torrented could be easily found, you would need all basic tools to take apart computers and some special keys because some screws are diffrent on diffrent model computers. And getting multi-license software is always good to install programs for costumers.
Maybe you should get a job at somewhere like PC World and get a bit of experience there before taking the plunge on your own.
I hate to sound harsh, and I really don't want to rain on your good idea.. But really.. If you have to ask a question like this, you might not be ready to start your own repair business. Don't skimp on experience, there isn't a really good "Quick Fix" , or a magic program made that can beat hands on experience. You can do tune ups, and remove spyware / viruses by hand with free software.. It is the experience that will keep your customers coming back, and telling all their friends to use you…
