Basically i cannot connect and surf the net using my laptop. It happens to both IE and Google Chrome. I tried to reset the IE setting, clean up all file, run anti virus, clean and fix the registry, do the hijackthis. But any of this cannot make things right, Anti-virus and anti-spyware can’t even dectect it. But the problem still exist. I have no idea what else can i do. You should use an antivirus program and antispyware software, because your computer is now infected with viruses and/or spyware.
Here you have more information on computer security, as well as good and free programs that you can download into your computer:
The website list top ten the best and newest anti-spyware in 2008.
All are safe and can be trusted and you can download one.
If you are having a virus or Malware problem, you should get professional Malware removal support from a website like http://www.geekpolice.net/
If you are not sure if it’s a virus or not, they will use special softwares to check for you.
I recommended that site because they provide the best and the fastest services on the internet for free.
Try Malwarebytes and/or this guide (which I think includes using Malwarebytes) to clean your computer using free programs:

Try this:
Unlike typical pop-up ads
(stopped with available blockers), 3rd party cookies are entirely different critters. When PC’s (personal confusers) misbehave, like pop-up’s, going to unrequested sites, goofy warnings, etc.; one step to help reduce annoying pop-ups & unrequested websites from being displayed on your machine is to turn off 3rd party cookies, and always leave them off.
****************
INTERNET EXPLORER: Tools> Internet Options> Privacy> Advanced: here check ‘Override automatic….’; ‘Allow session cookies’; ‘Allow 1st party cookies’; & ‘Block 3rd Party Cookies’.
FIREFOX: Tools> Options> Privacy: here UN-CHECK ‘Accept 3rd Party cookies’
****************
Because architecture of the Internet (notably ‘Flash’ scripting), vulnerabilities are readily exploited in Internet Explorer, & it is now urgent that you
use Firefox with ‘NoScript’ add-on, which will prevent "Click-jacking’.
NoScript: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/722
Note: Some current ‘rouge’ malware will undo this change, so you might have to redo this step after malware has been eliminated.
Then, you’ll have to ERADICATE MALWARE with Spybot, Ad Aware, and all available trusted cleaners & Anti-virus software.
TOOLS FOR SPECIFIC INFECTIONS:
for "Antivirus 2009" (or similar worded fake warnings): ‘Malwarebytes’

For nearly ad-free pages when surfing; use Firefox with these add-ons:
Flashblock: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/433
Add block plus: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1865

Hope that does it for you.
You have spyware namely a browser hijacker (possible rogue program):
run:

http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html
Can you bring up task manager ?
Tip:
you can only run one AV – AVG pro, Norton, Nod32 – delete two.
I’m happy to take a look at your HJT log.
@johnmir010574 – NoAdware used to be listed as a rogue program.
I use No Adware 5.0 which can be downloaded at http://www.noadware.net. try No Adware and it will remove all your spywares. Avira can also help to remove viruses if you have one.
there is a software called malware bytes but i dont personally recommend it. say , use avast or avg. they are antivirus but they also work on malwares and spywares and adwares.
hope this helps
Have you tried Malwarebytes Anti Malware. This worked for me…
Try AntiVir Personal

Or just do a system restore before this happened if you can.
