How do you slow down a video. There is a dance i converted of of youtube but it goes to fast and i can’t keep up. Can anyone help?

I’ve noticed little things and small errors popping up like invalid so and so. So, my question is, is there a good free program to clean out the Windows registry you guys can recommend for Windows XP SP2?

is it true that windows vista cleans and organizes your registry. my pc user guide just told me this.?

I have Windows XP and I’m concerned that a Registry Cleaner will erase important stuff. Also, are you familiar with "AML Free Reguistry Cleaner"? Thanks.
