Out of idle curiosity, I’ve been playing around with these "60 minute trial version" games you can download.
I set a System Restore Point, saved the registry (File –> export…) and then installed the game. Played it for 60 minutes, let it tell me the time was up, uninstalled it, then restored back to the system restore point.
Installed the game again – it still knows its trial time is up 🙂

When you think this, the game publisher would have taken care to handle such a situation. He might have saved a file somewhere in some directory in somefilename. You can never remove that file unless you know the source code used to compile the .exe file of the game/any program. Instead cracks/keygens/patches may work.
maybe you have to dump your cookies, and temp files.
There isn’t any relationship between System Restore and this 60 minute trial version, game. As soon as u install it, "ONCE" the code which activates the 60 Timer starts… and Will run for,"ONLY" 60 minutes 🙂 🙂 :)And the software records your IP,during installation.
