My dell insipiron 1545 laptop is not starting after trying to remove the installed the software partion magic.?

I have dell insipiron 1545 laptop wid windows vista home edition, its not starting, I have installed partion magic software for making my only c drive to partition then when i tried to partition its not partitioned so i tried to remove the software in the control panel and after that it suddenly says ur system has incurred a problem & now when i am starting it says windows error recovery wid 2 options – Launch startup repair(recommended) & start windows normally when i click start windows normally its not starting and when i click Launch startup repair(recommended) then its saying select o.s. to repair and no o.s. is showing in the system recovery options so i clicked load drivers where it says "insert the installation media for the device & click ok to select the drivers" when i click ok then all drivers folders is showing emtpty not matching the setup information, I dont knw how to fix this Could u help me how to start my os and get back my previous data or how to start it in safe mode. Any solutions. plz help me guys.

Can anyone help me how to start my dell insipiron 1545 laptop in safe mode or in command prompt? Is there any way to solve it Please help

My computer runs slow. How do i fix this? What programs should i use?

I don’t want to pay for anything, but i know there are a ton of free software out there. What can i use? My computer runs slow a lot. But other times it will work fine.
Also, there are a lot of unused and unwanted programs i have, that i think i deleted in control panel, but the icons are still on my desktop.
I have PC, windows 98 XP home edition.

xp still acting up?

i’m running xp home (unfortunately) and i actually have this problem on my laptop and my parents computer. i am not able to open up folders, ie my computer, control panel, etc. i’m also not able to open up IE or AIM or shut down via the start menu, i’ve got to hold the button down for a bit before it shuts down. i’ve defragged both computers a few days ago and just recently installed a registry cleaner. any thoughts? thanks

What are Web Client/Publisher Temporary files?
While cleaning up the disk C for better space under the performance and maintenance programme of the control panel, the web Client/Publisher temporary files are not getting deleted/erased, inspite of the computer saying that they are not necessary and can be safely removed, and even after putting a check mark in the box. Why? And how to delete them?

How do I repair a NVCPL.DLL error message?

Anytime I try and access anything from the control panel on my computer I get the same annoying error.

A small box pops up which says Error Loading NVCPL.DLL.

I am pretty sure it as to do with my nvidia driver somehow.

In addition, my computer is constantly trying to shut down a running program and makes that little like beep when you close a program through the ctrl+alt+delete task manager.
