if so… this might be the reason why i cant open my control panel anymore… and i also cant do system restore…. pls answer this simple question… thanks!!!!

How do I restore a registry key that was deleted??

I am unable to open my internet options under tools and in the control panel, so I was wondering if I could restore the registry? and how would I do it?? Please Help!
