Windows Vista desktop error. can someone help?

I have a laptop that has vista ultimite. I am having an error i am missing my icons and my start bar is an old 98 one. also half of my programs don’t work plus User acount control. (cannot use system recovery) I really need help fixing this. the last thing i can remember doing with it was was running a registry cleaner, regcure. thats it please help
and please no answers saying i should get a mac or use xp or saying that i shoulden’t have done something. I just want an answer and BTW i have a mac book pro with xp. and xp won’t work on the computer i am having the problem with it has sata harddrives

I need to find free registry cleaner that i don’t have to register for or pay for, can anybody help?

I need free registry cleaner where i don’t have to apy for it to fix the errors
One I don’t need to pay for to fix my errors. Also, any free anti-spy ware that is also totally free and is good.

I need a free registry Cleaner like RegCure BUT it needs to be free not just a free download but free to remover and fix the problem. PLEASE.

How to unblock my Registry?

I accidentally downloaded a corrupt file and it contained a registry blocking virus/malware and i can’t seem to clean it. I tried Ad Aware and it’s not use, plus i can’t install any freeware anti softwares now and my automatic updates are off and cannot be turned on!

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The thing is every time I try to INSTALL something, which requires a reg entry, it denies. So, I’m stuck to the point where I can’t install anything right now. The only thing that went smooth was RegCure and I don’t an official key.
The run cmd and non plug and play thing didn’t work. There isn’t anything like that there. Sorry

Registry cleaners and problems unresolved!! HELP!!?

Ok, I’m having some problems with registry cleaners. I installed and ran CCleaner. I also have Regcure which I run prior to CCleaner and afterwards. Regcure still finds the same problems before I run CCleaner as it does afterwards when I run Regcure again. It’s an unregistered version of Regcure so it will only on delete certain things. Does anyone know of a reliable and thorough registry cleaning program that’s also freeware? Thanks!!
