I found a trojan and some spyware on the registry of my PC. Would a reinstall restore the registry to when I first bought it? The thing is, I've done that, and the trojan and spyware still shows up in the registry keys when I do a scan.
Would restoring my PC also restore the registry keys to when it came from the factory?

I want to download a good free registry cleaner for my computer which uses Windows XP. CCleaner has a trojan in it and others cost money. I’m using Eusing free registry cleaner but I wanna know if there are other ones out there that I don’t have to pay for to use.

A friend of mine keep telling me to download the registry cleaner from free file storage on the internet for free. I need to know is it safe, because i heard that most hack software is bind with trojan. Is it true?
What is the good point in choosing a licensed registry cleaner? Please don't mentioned the brand name.
