i don't think there is a single program who does all this.
you can read a review and download a trial at this website:

Norton is by far not the best. If you do your research you will run accross Kapersky Anti Virus. Go to their website. It is rated the best easiest to use. There is only one rated better. I don't remember it because it is for advanced computer users and is difficult for average computer users to navigate. I have had kapersky for two yrs. now and it is phenomenol. good luck
Buy a security suite CD at the computer store. The ones you buy are stronger than the free ones.
for free (cnet.com/download)
AVG, ccleaner, Spybot, adaware
they keep our five wind machines (4 flavors of windows)
lean, clean, mean and fast
good luck 🙂
Norton 360 is the best
Here are some free anti virus/spyware apps:

Free does NOT necessarily equal bad or even mediocre! Do your research (PC mag is good) but you have to take into account your own needs. Personally, i like Zone Alarm the best of freeware, but it takes up too much space. I use the Windows firewall.
As for antivirus, Norton let me down too many times. I would LIKE to try Kapersky but can't afford it. Used Avast w/o problem for a few yrs. but then it started giving messages like ("could not scan" entire parts of the computer!).
I've been using AVG and so far so good.
Their free spyware is good too, which means the FULL version is probably top-notch.
AML Registry Cleaner is good so far and don't forget, for "cleaning crap" out of your computer, CCleaner (literally named after "crap cleaner"! is quite good).
I found a nice little program called "Tune Up Utilities" – it works wonderfully, except for including EVERY FONT you have, unless you re-configure it. (just un-check that box on the main window).
People keep touting PC Doctor's spyware program as "great' but every time I used it, my computer slowed down and it helped very little….actually, I found it to be useless.
Experiment! Download some (with a decent AV in place to scan before installing) programs and see which one YOU like. There are many factors, other than what others say about them, to consider.
One thing I can't stand is an antivirus that begins scanning when I log on! Sure, you can configure this in most cases, but remember not to let your updates lapse! Let those run…the annoyance is well worth it.
Another program that LOOKS pretty good (time will tell) is actually an add-on, available by McAfee from Firefox (IE had their own version, but IMO, not as good), which gives color-coded ratings of EACH URL on your search results!
I can't live without it…and later read (quite smugly–heh!) that neither could the guy from PC Mag!
