Best registry cleaner I’ve used is one called "RegAce" which you can find at http://www.fastregistryfixes.com
A registry cleaner is a type of software utility designed for the Microsoft Windows operating system whose purpose is to remove redundant or unwanted items from the Windows registry. However the necessity and usefulness of registry cleaners is a controversial topic, with experts not agreeing on their benefit. The problem is further clouded by the fact that malware and scareware is often associated with utilities of this type.

Well for anti virus i’ll give you my top rated ones.
1-Avast!4.8 Home Edition (98,3% of malware detection)(fav)
2-Avira (99%, but A LOT OF FALSE DETECTIONS)
3-AVG 9.0 (95%, Latest virus database always being updated)
4-Bitdefender (96%, alittle hard to use)
I use Ccleaner, because it is proven to be safe by millions of users. I only use the reg-cleaner in safe mode when I think it’s needed which is not very often. You have to be very careful with the registry, because you can crasg your system by deleting or changing something that is needed.
I’m using Avast 5 beta, which is very light and since it’s Avast, I know it’s effective…

CCleaner-Great cleaner and registry tool, has never proved me wrong
Avira Antivir Personal-One of the best if not the best free Antivirus
Well, there really is no great "FREE" software…
However, I do recommend spydoctor. It’s a master at hunting down trojans, and only costs 30 dollars a year.
