I have a new netbook and i need some anti virus protection and i dont know where to download from! Any suggestions? oh and i am willing to pay a reasonable amount for it.

Computer virus… what should I do? What is the best software for the problem?

So I bought my computer from best buy last may and now it has this virus that keeps popping up saying I have a virus so I buy the software.. I already have anit virus protection but apparnetly this isnt good enough.. anyways Best Buy is telling me they want to charge me 199 for a diagnostics fee plus an new anti virus protection.. they also said that I could get the anti virus and it may "heal’ the computer… please help me I know nothing thank you~
