I have two internal hard drives and am adding an external hard drive. If I primarily utilize this external drive which is enormous (1T), will it help speed up my processor? I am considering transferring all of my large files such as videos, pictures, and music on this 1T drive and using the two internal drives for ‘regular computer processing’ and small files, like word documents.

It’s always running some type of program in the backround and has to work way too hard all of the time.
