I cannot get rid of this Winantispyware popup that happens and I cannot get rid of Winfixer. What do I do?
I want to reinstall windows and i have games installed on a 2nd HD. Will windows play those games aft?
Will windows be able to recognize those games or will windows registry be screwed up? I’m referring to doing a clean install from vista to windows 7.

My Pc had a virus attack which has hacked registry settings and some of the registry settings got changed due to which I cannot even go to the task manager, Folder Options etc. I have installed the antivirus and cleaned the virus but I cannot reset the registry settings can any one tell me how to reset the default register settings in windows XP.

MY computer recently crashed and went to a repairguy. ( A friend of my dad fixed it) Now since the computer crashed he put a new hardrive and basicly most of the files are missing. So i was trying to reinstal Mcafee and IT said my software product(windows) is out of date and need to be updated. So i go on windows updater and it says my product is not genuine.
I go on my computer and i click properties and i see the Registered to: section got changed and had the repair guys name. SO now the PRODUCT KEY IS CHANGE AND WIndows thinks its now a fonny any ideas on what to do
