Does Any1 Have A ISO of the Original Windows Disc?

i have windows but it needs to be repaired. when i try to repair the files i need, they ask for the original boot disc, which i have lost over the years. would any1 happen to have the ISO or would be willing to make me one? if u email me, i can give you the software to make an ISO

The reason i am trying to repair my Windows is that it keeps randomly restarting on me, should i try to fix the files, or has anyone else had this problem and fixed it a different way? i’ve been searching the internet for weeks and all the solutions i find require that Windows boot disc.

ok. so i did some looking around. and downloaded some programs. and so far i have tried avast antivirus, avira antivirus, and avg antivirus and have come up with no virus results. i have also tried some spyware programs and have not had any spyware threats on my comp. i have tried to use glary utilities to clean my registry and remove junk files . this makes it worse. i have used ccleaner and that did absolutely nothing. have defragged my system even tho it said it didnt need defragged. and have advanced windows care installed.

some people have told me that the problem with my computer is that i download and install too many programs and have too many things running in the background. i have since uninstalled a lot of programs and have had no improvement.

is there anything short of reinstalling the OS, that i can do with my computer to clean up junk files, or find what the problem is? right now it takes 5 min to open a new tab in firefox. and i have maxed at 3,000 page faults/s

PC won’t Launch Windows XP! keeps repeating CHKDSK sequence stages 1 to 5 but doesn’t start windows-PLS HELP!

PLEASE someone HELP !
When i turn my PC on, it goes through the following sequences :
Checking file system on C: The type of the file system is NTFS.
CHKDSK is verifying files ( stage 1 of 5 )…
file verification completed.
CHKDSK is verifying indexes ( stage 2 of 5 )…
indexes verification completed.
CHKDSK is verifying security descriptors( stage 3 of 5)
security descriptor verification completed.
CHKDSK is verifying Usn journal…
Usn journal completed.
CHKDSK is verifying file data ( stage 4 of 5 )…
file data verification completed.
CHKDSK is verifyig free space ( stage 5 of 5 )
free space verification completed.

Now, after going through the above sequential process, the screen shows
the familiar
WINDOWS XP prompt as if it is about to Launch Windows Xp BUT it
doesn’t… the whole process as listed above starts all over again ! it goes on over and over again – the same ‘groundhog day’ scenario !! today is the 3rd day
running
has occured after I downloaded and ran a REGISTRY CLEANER software with
DEFRAG etc. maintenance. Now, I’ve tried F8 to run XP on SAFE MODE ..also tried ‘ on F8 ‘LAST KNOWN CONFIGURATION THAT WORKED’ prompt..NOTHING—also I have no Xp CD’s .it comes back to the above sequence over n over again. I am a NOVICE at these things with limited computer knowledge cab anyone tell me what to do PLEASE

What are the best PC Maintenance tools to use for my computer? (running Windows XP)?

I have been having problems with spy-ware, spam and even viruses getting through my virus protection and firewall. Can anyone direct me where I might find free PC Maintenance tools? ie: registry cleaner, spyware, etc. Thanks so much!
