Microsoft windows registry cleaner, is regucre the best?

I am looking for a microsoft registry cleaner but have heard that regcure is unsafe from this site http://www.registrycleanersrated.com but have heard at other sites its the best. This site says it can damage your PC, so now im confused on what registry cleaning software is the best. Thanks

I have been in a continuous battle with a computer that runs Windows 98SE…and it has come time where I need to fix the 786 registry problems that RegClean found…but I don't really want to pay the .00 to do it. Anyone? Anyone? Something free please? And before anyone asks, yes I am sure this is what I need, and yes I want it to be free.

How to repair Windows XP System Restore?

I want to delete all restore points and free space, but I learned that a virus had disabled the turning off of system restore.

I can't even find system restore in the gpedit.msc…. what shall I do? Are there any free fixer software there?

Yeah, its asks about my realteck audio software and i know that i want to say yes as it was on my pc before, but theres no way to move the cursor and i have tried moving un plugging the mouse and keyboard but this doesnt work.
