I am unable to open my internet options under tools and in the control panel, so I was wondering if I could restore the registry? and how would I do it?? Please Help!

Click Start > Run > type Regedit in the open space > click OK.
Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Policies > Microsoft > Internet Explorer > Restrictions
If there is a key, NoBrowserOptions, delete that.
You might also need to look in the same location but under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
