He has a lot of nonsense on his laptop and i have already installed a pestpatrol and an antivirus and ran them both so i have all pests and viruses off. how do i clean up his desktop from all the icons and make it look and run like a well maintained computer??

to get rid of crap programs installed, go to start>settings>control panel>uninstall or whatever programs.
~Right click on the desktop and go to properties.
From there, click on the Desktop tab and then Customize Desktop.
Click on Clean Desktop Now.
