My laptop has 446 MB RAM. Random, I know. How can I get my computer to speed up while playing the game? It runs okay, but there is occasional lag that is only there because my computer isn’t running well.

I know that this one would be a virus because…it blocks even google itself…i just dont know how would i remove the virus…so please help
