I’ve scan Spybot and Destroy doesn’t seem to help SUPERantispyware and Malware doesn’t either

My computer is slow. My virtual memory always says its slow. I have a virus protector that i quarintine the bad stuff ever once and a while. I want to set it back to factory settings. Will that delete unneccessary stuff? and make it faster? Can i do this w/o deleting some program like word? and powerpoint? if not are there any tricks to making it faster!?

Can’t get my computer to disk clean up?

I’ve tried to disk clean up my computer and it won’t get it done, it’ll go about 3 bars and just pauses, I click on the task manager and it says it’s still running, can someone please help me ?

So today I was trying to go on to Yahoo!Answers and my computer starts to go slow. So then I took like 10-20 minutes for it to get to the screen so is there any tips for my computer to speed up, without paying for it?
