My friends said that cleanup by steven gould is a good one. What do you guys think? I could really use your help, my computer is running slow & i have ran my spyhunter & ca anti virus & a disk clean up.

I used a windows registry cleaner and ticked the boxes for all file extensions. Now I am not able to open any file. None of the file extensions are opening although the system starts normally. When I press CTRL+ALD+DLT, only the explorer is running. How do I restore my system. Please help me.
I am not able to open System restore from System tools as the lnk is not opening.
im sure my registry is messed up becuase when i tried to install internet explorer v.7.0 it didnt allow me to and gave me a tutorial how to fix it through the registry. But im afraid if i edit things i could get my self into a whole world of hurt if i mess anything.

The screen on my dell laptop is about to pack in. The cost of repair is £350 so thinking of getting a new one instead.
If I buy a macbook, will my windows office software work on it? If not, will the documents, emails etc I already have transfer from PC to Mac, and work?
