There’s two type of program I wanna ask (both shares the same problem):

1.
Installer setup, especially antivirus setup can’t be installed. It ran but then it closed unexpectedly.

2.
So do TuneUp Registry Cleaner and Shortcut Cleaner. It even MYSTERIOUSLY disappear.

For no. 2 I have to manually rename the file so that it quite solve the problem. But, for no. 1 it won’t work even though I rename it.

Is this caused by some kind of virus or malware? If so, how to get rid of this sh1tty thing from my computer, aside from installing antivirus software since I’m afraid the problem would happen again.

Any solution? Please help me.

I have a good anti-virus and registry cleaner and i have no viruses. I have recently installed some more RAM but my computer is still a bit sluggish. It is a fairly new model and i was wondering if you have any tips to speed it up?

I deleted a video that I downloaded from Limewire and now I need to get it back. I’ve already used my CCleaner (a registry cleaner). Is it too late to retreive it?

I have Norton Internet Security 2008 on my pc. Do I need to clean my registry as I had recently some crashes. I run uniblue registry cleaner and have found hundred of suspicious programs on my pc. When I wanted to remove them i received an alert that I need to purchase this program. Do I have an integrated tool in NIS 2008 to clean the registry? Thank you in advance.

Okay, I have Windows Vista 64-bit. Very recently, I started encountering two major .dll errors. The biggest error is the ADVAPI32.dll missing error. I get a message telling me the ADVAPI32.dll file is missing. I have checked in System32 and it is still there, at about 1,038kb.

I’ve seen solutions that involve using a registry cleaner but I can’t open the registry cleaners because that file is ‘missing’. Many of programs like Internet Explorer 32bit, Microsoft Word, MSN Messenger, all of my installed games, registry cleaners, anti-virus programs, and probably more programs will not open because of this.

I also get an error message that says ntdll.dll is missing from the ‘dynamic library’ when I try to open other programs.

How can I fix these .dll errors without using a registry cleaner?

Also, I tried doing a system restore from its farthest restore point. It simply will not work. I need a solution please!
Tried bringing up the command line as suggested in answer# 2.

Came up with
RegSvr32:
"The module ‘ADVAPI32.dll’ was loaded but the entry point DLLRegisterServer was not found.

Make sure that ‘ADVAPI32.dll’ is a valid DLL or OCX file and then try again."
