I've read a number of articles from PC World to Computer Hope extolling the necessity of using registry cleaners which carry the names as 'Registry Cleaners', EasyCleaners', 'RegistryOrganizers', 'RegCure', among other names. However, when I came across a book (McGraw Hill Osborne) entitled "The Healthy PC" by Carey Holzman, a PC Repair Specialist of 15 years, it stated (Chapter 12, p.195) that these are softwares to avoid. The reason is simply that based on his years of experiance, they create more problems than it solve. He compared it to putting a band aid to a gapping wound.

I was told not to install a registry cleaners if your not experience, which Im not. so how to make it easy and safe for me to clean and spead up my puter ? thaks sas

I wanted to know how registry cleaners work on a basic level. I found http://www.registrycleanersrated.com thats good but just wanted to know how registry cleaners worked before I download the program. Any tips? Thanks

tell me about a good registry cleaner that won't mess up with the computers registry but to enhance the speed of the computer and delete invalid enteries.

the price of the registry cleaner program doesn't matter but if i can get it cheaper don't hesitate to type it down.okay.

for anyone that has good reasons to get the registry cleaner they tell me to get and have good info about the program and if it is a registry cleaner program that doesn't mess with my computer's registry but only cleans invalid registry entries.

everyone thanks a lot for your time on reading this and answering my concerns about registry cleaners.thanks and everyone have a great day.

I just purchased a brand new expensive desktop.I would like to keep optimized for the best possible performance. There are a vast amount of registry cleaners out there all claiming to be the best, some I don't trust. What is the best way to optimize my PC,or are all those software programs actually no good at all?
