Do I need a registry cleaner for my PC?

I am using Registry Mechanic 6.0.Lately, it has not repaired all the errors. For example, I will scan. It finds 3 errors. I delete them and then run the scan again. It finds the exact 3 errors again. After running this 3 times, I am wondering if I need to change registry cleaners or just go without. Is it absolutely necessary to have a registry cleaner if I’m using Windows XP sp2 and do the maintenance on a routine basis?

Whats a really good effective Registry Cleaner, because I do alot of dowloading and uninstalling?

Whats a really good FREE effective Registry Cleaner, because I do alot of dowloading and uninstalling and alot of registry cleaners are left behind

I needs to be safe and not delete anything important on my computer, and I need it to delete the registry cleaners of the uninstalled programs

I use CCleaner but it ain’t getting all of the uninstalled programs registrys

what does every 1 think about registry cleaners ?

i was looking around on how to optimize my computers performance and stuff and something came up about registry cleaners so i searched up a bit and i saw some people that had scanned their registry and deleted the infected files or whatever and then they said their computer didn’t work anymore and i haven’t downloaded any registry cleaners yet because i don’t no if their trusted or not so i was wondering if any of you guys could maybe explain it a bit more and maybe if theirs any trusted registry cleaners out the recommend them for me

Ok registry cleaners are not free, the scan is but the help isn't. Are the issues the scan reveals really valid and can I fix these problems myself? My Pc runs slow and hangs up often, it stops responding. What really causes this? Is Norton 360 a good virus and spyware product? I've defragged, optimized and fully run virus/ spyware scans. What more is there to do?

How do I remove all these Pop-Ups from Messenger Service advertising different registry cleaners? Help!!?

I recently did a Quick Restore, which put it back to factory settings because of problems I was encountering, but now I keep getting these same Pop ups from Messenger Service advertising all these different registry cleaners & saying if I dowload there product I wont receive anymore pop ups…they are popping up back to back & its getting frustrating!! Can someone tell me how to stop them from popping up…Help!!
