I have anitvirus and anti spam programs, I defrag regularly and also clean out my temp files etc often, but his puppy is still bogged down by something. I haveused hardly any memory. Thanks for any help. -Greydolfin

i used it to clean temp files and other files that I don’t need but a little leary using it to clean registry….how do I know it won’t delete something I might need? How safe is it to let it decide what to delete?

I have 3079 mb ram memory, am running vista, and still it takes forever to open programs. Just opening a file with thumbnail images takes a good 30 secs to a min. I have run multiple malware scans, anti-virus scans….have cleaned all my temp files and unused registry entries. Why does my computer still run so slow?

I have to give my laptop back to work. I want to erase EVERYTHING I possibly can. I know how to do the basics with deleting history and cleaning out temp files but I want all of the stuff that is deep in the recesses of the hard drive GONE any help is appreciated! THANKS!

It apparently is not a virus, because virus protection programs do not detect it. It is not listed in a registry scan. It might be in temp files or something to do with temp files, because when I clean my disk, the situation normally goes away.
