Software that can transfer VHS to DVD?

I want to purchase software that can help me transfer my VHS tapes to DVD, most of them have minimum requirements and want some type of video card? Below are my computer specs, Do I have what I need to do this?

Computer not turning on?

Ok i press on and it does exactly this: Its vista new laptop compaq presario

Black screen
takes longer than usual on the windows loader
black screen for like 15 seconds
black screen forever

RESTART PC AGAIN THIS HAPPENS

Windows is loading files… (white bar under text)

goes to a really old windows style computer with the blue background
stat up repair cannot repair the computer automatically.

iclick view advanced options for system recovery and support
i try all the things in there to help recover computer, none work. all fail, i go back and click view diagnostic and repair details

just shows basic info of my pc like 10 pages worth i click finish, comp turns off.
WTF DO I DO. its been like this like a week.

This paper describes the methods and tools to be used to integrate and verify compatibility of data bus equipment with the Digital Avionics Information System (DAIS) multiplex data bus. This includes definitions of DAIS multiplex bus compatibility, integration sequences, integration test software and test procedures. DAIS multiplex bus compatibility is defined for electrical, functional and system protocol considerations. The integration sequences described are stand alone, multiple unit and system level test. The integration test software described consists of a command generation program and the bus equipment diagnostic software. The test procedures describe how the test software is used at each stage of integration.

Computer fixing question.?

I’m planning to start fixing computers’ hardware and software problems. I’m not planning to make a company, just smt on my own. I’m not rich so I will not use originall software. Is that going to be illegal? I mean, i’ll not take money for the software, but for the favor.

What if i install downloaded OS and install trial versions software? Is that going to be illegal again?
