I keep getting DLL error message when I start up and messages keep popping up telling this program has stopped working and that program has stopped working; including internet explorer and Firefox. Would this step fix it?

I usually use Netscape but my son went to Internet Explorer and an error message popped up and now I have this winfixer junk on my computer. Norton removes it or says it does but if Internet Explorer is opened then this comes right back. I can use Netscape no problems but not Internet Explorer. Is it possible to get this off? It was never downloaded just popped up and won’t leave.
I understand. The netscape version I am using has both foxfire and internet explorer on it. I use the foxfire option. However some sites will not respond with netscape and end up having to use IE. The first person that responded. Forgive me but how do I know your site is also safe when this winfixer keeps trying to get me to download things too. Can you calm my fears?

What is this "About Blank" page that pops up every time I close my internet explorer?..How can I get rid of it for FREE?? I do not know what it is and it is really bugging me…I have SUPER SPYBOT, SPYWARE DOCTOR, AVG, AND WEBROOT (window cleaner)….I run them often and they don’t seem to fix the problem…Is it a virus of some sort?? Please help me to get rid of it…THANK YOU!!

im new to this. My computer memory is almost used up I want to completely wipe it so its like new. I have some programs I want to back up to CD so I can keep them but I dont know how. Also are their any programs I specifically need to put on the disk? like will internet explorer and basic programs like that be on it? I just want to know how to erase the hard drives so its like new

I can connect to everything but the Internet explorer. I did a Network DIagnostics for Windows XP and I get this.

Windows cannot connect to the Internet using HTTP, HTTPS, or FTP. This is probably caused by firewall settings on this computer.

Check the firewall settings for the HTTP port (80), HTTPS port (443), and FTP port (21).

You might need to contact your Internet service provider (ISP) or the manufacturer of your firewall software.

Help me on how to get the Internet explorer working again. Thanks
