How do i fix the damage winfixer has done, and remove it?

A program known as "Win Fixer" recently installed itself to my computer. Iv dealt with this program before, on another computer, its spywear that hides itself and creates more and more popups that appear the moment i start up an internet explorer or Fire fox copy. Iv deleted anything named "Win fix" that the search function on windows explorer found, but the popups continue dispite my virus scanner saying I have no spywear on the system. Its gotten even worse now. If i open any internet program windows says it has to close windows explorer! Then my startbar disapears, my computer lags for a few moments, and it appears again, but if i dont close the internet explorer or fire fox it dose it again within a few moments, and dosnt stop untill the internet is closed. I dont want to buy ANOTHER anti spywear program and im not good enough to change anything inside windows itself. Is there any way short of erasing my hard drive to fix this?

How to fix .dll errors with being able to open registry cleaners?

Okay, I have Windows Vista 64-bit. Very recently, I started encountering two major .dll errors. The biggest error is the ADVAPI32.dll missing error. I get a message telling me the ADVAPI32.dll file is missing. I have checked in System32 and it is still there, at about 1,038kb.

I’ve seen solutions that involve using a registry cleaner but I can’t open the registry cleaners because that file is ‘missing’. Many of programs like Internet Explorer 32bit, Microsoft Word, MSN Messenger, all of my installed games, registry cleaners, anti-virus programs, and probably more programs will not open because of this.

I also get an error message that says ntdll.dll is missing from the ‘dynamic library’ when I try to open other programs.

How can I fix these .dll errors without using a registry cleaner?

Also, I tried doing a system restore from its farthest restore point. It simply will not work. I need a solution please!
Tried bringing up the command line as suggested in answer# 2.

yahoo search gone bad?

Whats up with yahoo search ? Everytime I enter anything into the web search box it comes back with internet explorer cant display the web page. Does the same thing with firefox.Ive tried everything I can think of checking firewalls , malware , virus, cleaning out my temp internet files and registry cleaner. Google still works fine. Any one else having this problem?

How can I remove winfixer from my computer?

As soon as I start my Internet Explorer, a winfixer window pops up asking me to install the software. IE crashes within 2 minutes of this pop-up. I’ve used Ad-aware and MS Antispyware, but they couldn’t help me. Can you?

What does about blank mean and how do u get your computor to work without it?

About blank comes up on my screen when I try to bring up Internet Explorer. A blank screen appears. How can I get my computer to work without that problem?
