My HP laptop won’t start, how do I disable the driver signatures to make Windows start?

As far as the driver digital signatures, it crashes right after I see my screensaver and reads me this long error message.

a recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source.
If you have a windows installation disc, insert the disc and restart your computer. Click "repair your computer," and then choose a recovery tool.
Otherwise, to start Windows so you can investigate further, press the ENTER key to display the boot menu, press F8 for Advanced Boot Options, and select Last Known Good. If you understand why the digital signature cannot be verified and want to start Windows without this file, temporarily disable driver signature enforcement.

What I’ve tried so far:
Safe Mode (won’t work)
System Repair (won’t work)
System Check Point (none created)
Okay, it let me in Windows, where do I go from here?

How can I figure out the problem now that I’m actually in Windows now?

I’m paranoid, I feel like any minute it’s about to boot me off and give me that dreaded all blue prompt screen again-lol

BSOD constant while booting issue, help?

*Driver_irql_not_less_or_equal
*0xD1 error with other sectors listed (i.e. 0xeed77cf1)
*PXE-E61 failed on network LAN boot
WinXP, SP2 (had SP3, but downgraded due to vulnerability problems).
AMD, Compaq Presario M2105US

System Restore (need to be in "normal mode") & Last Known Configuration don’t help.

Chkdsk fails on reboot and scandisk does not run in safe mode

BIOS settings have been reset to default

I had Symantec Anti-virus w/Live Update, but that has not been performing well lately and I deleted it as Live Update was not actually Live Updating it. Any anti-virus software I dl, it refuses for some odd reason. What I do have installed is Malware Bytes & Wise Registry Cleaner 4.

I have seen most tech forums on the Web and none of them have been providing me a right answer, so I will take suggestions from here. Thanks to those that help me, I truly appreciate it. 🙂

How I deal with my computer crash after I installed two anti-virus software?

My OS is Windows XP (SP2).

Now I can not get into safe mode to do my repair work. Moreover, everything is dead after logging on the mechine.

I cant get my laptop to connect to the internet. I use an inspiron 1525 that gets it’s connection through a wire from another computer on the network. It seems to connect but when it does it says "connected to: Unidentified network limited or no connectivity".
I tried with all the anti malware and firewalls off still nothing. Recently I got infected with system security 2009 BUT I got it out ran safe mode and used a registry cleaner and anti malware to clean it up. That whole time I was in safe mode I had net access but once I restarted the comp after the changes I could no longer connect to my network successfully. Please help me!! how do I fix this Problem????
