My ethernet light does not come on. My internet provider sent me a new modem but it still does not work. I had McAfee anti virus. When it expire, I tried to upgrade it but it did not work. I do not currently have any anti virus on the computer. I am so frustrated right now. I called a computer repair company that told me they would charge me 9.00 to check the computer and fix the problem. I can’t afford that right now.

then i follew the steps to update my driver it scan my compuer and found the driver which are out of date then whn i come to the next step amssage has appear tell me that i need a register key i follow the meesage but i could not to achieve one ,has any on know how to get aregister key for yhis problem ?

The XP disc I’m using didn’t come with the computer, but the one that did came with a Restore Plus! DVD and for some reason the computer wont read that disc, so I am forced to use a disc that came with my old computer.
When I use my Cannon scanner with my Dell laptop I can scan about 13 images before the computer crashes and won’t allow any more scans.
My standard specs for scanning are:
Tiff file type
300 dpi resolution
output = 8 inches wide
greyscale
I alwaysI have to reboot. I have deleted the temporary internet files and done a disk clean up (Windows XP), but it still will crash.
Are there other settings I can use on the computer so it doesn’t hold on to the temporary files?
Is that what’s making it crash?
I need a program to clean up my computer?

I have a new desktop gaming computer and I would like to know of a good program that I could get that would fix errors and keep my computer fast and working like new. On my old laptop I used System Mechanic but I was wondering if there were any better programs. Thanks.
