My computer is running slow and taking forever for programs to start. I am getting some pop ups now. How can I fix this? I’ve had this happen many times before. What are some free tools online that cleans up my computer?

Pentium(R) 4CPU 2.20GHz
2.19 GHz, 1050 rams
i have used 19gb out of 25gb
(don’t laugh i know it is a little)
sorry if i write to much but can anybody give opinions and comments on how can i speed up my computer. Whenever start my computer and even start doing something i would have to wait about 10 minutes. So thanks alot
