Is this true? Hate to spend the money needlessly.
Heard that “registry cleaners” are unnecessary.and that we should not go near the registry.?
Although CCleaner can’t remove malware, can it clean up the effects or damage caused by malware?
Especially in the registry? I’m often told CCleaner is great for cleaning out my computer, but doesn’t do anything when it comes to malware issues, I need other software for that(I use Malwarebytes, free AVG, Window’s Firewall). However, some security specialists tell me to use CCleaner, as if it has some affect on malware issues, if only on the effect of malware and possibly damage caused by malware, although anti-virus programs do virtually all of the work of protecting and removing. What’s going on?
Does this also help remove or disable malware? How does cleaning the registry relate to malware issues?
registry cleaners, necessary or not?
How necessary are registry cleaners? Everyone preaches how they will greatly enhance the performance of you computer and how magical and wonderful they are in general. However, I heard that by removing entries, they actually cause the registry to become fragmented, which will slow the computer down more than by leaving the dead entries in the registry?
Rigistry Cleaner question?
Ok, so it seems every time I use my 1gig flash with the laptop it completely screws up my registry and crashes my computer. I’m not paying for a program to do it b/c I have no money to do such frivolous things, but I found this Regcleaner called "Eusing". Anyone heard of or used it? Its freeware and insists it isn’t spyware (which makes me think it is) but it seemed to do the trick after the first scan. Is there a better freeware program out there to do the trick that you know for sure isn’t spyware? Thanks.
